The Toronto Real Estate Market finished off the year in 2019 with 87,825 home sales and that is up 12.6% from 78,015 sales in 2018. The annual average sale price of all types of homes was $819,319 in 2019 and that was up 4% from $787,856 in 2018. The demand remains strong as we head into 2020 and interest rates are steady and so are local employment numbers. There will be more information to follow this post shortly.
